Jürgen has over twenty years experience, managing yacht interior outfitting projects and leads our team of experienced specialists.
One point of contact ensures the closest cooperation and understanding, that’s why an individual Project Manager is assigned as the responsible contact person from start to finish. Each project is divided into individual work packages and all steps are processed by the specialist responsible.
With valuable knowledge and the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality, Interior PROMAN is able to undertake the complete Project Management including technical engineering work for interior fit out projects. Alternatively we are able to advise upon:
- contract design
- preparation of interface and budget lists
- approval, control and consulting of technical solutions
- on-going quality control of projects under construction
- preparation of tenders to subcontractors
- scheduling
